We’ll be sitting down with you to understand your current eating habits

Then we’ll discuss working on action steps that you can take immediately to improve your habits while enjoying your favorite food. 

We’ll also talk about your current hydration level, how it affects your life & how we can improve it.

3. Work on your sleep habits & stress levels

This program also includes a lifestyle assessment that will cover your current sleep habits and stress levels. 

These crucial areas have a big impact on your productivity levels, emotions, focus, workout effectiveness, creativity and ultimately, your quality of life.

The lifestyle assessment will identify areas where you can make small, meaningful adjustments for significant results.

We’ll identify your Point A (Your starting point) and Point B (Your desired goal)

We'll then create a roadmap & break down into small action steps for you to get started.
